I bought them and I really liked them. But in my opinion if you're a teen boy and you're not getting sick regularly then you don't need them. I didn't buy them again just because as a teen you've got a really good immune system. But if you may be out of shape, not eating well and ESPECIALLY getting sick regularly? Good Product.
